To ensure a smooth refund process, you must submit clear photos showcasing the damage to your goods and reach out to us directly with a detailed message. It is also crucial that you retain all packaging materials used when your order was delivered, as the courier company will require them for their investigation into the issue. Additionally, please have proof of purchase readily available, as both we and the courier company will need to verify the transaction. Keep in mind that not all items may be eligible for replacement, particularly if they were unique or one-of-a-kind. If an item can be replaced, we will facilitate this once the investigation is complete. If a replacement is not feasible, we can gladly offer you either a refund or store credit equivalent to the value of the damaged item. Your understanding and cooperation in these matters help streamline the process for everyone involved.

This depends on where the order is being sent, what day it is, and whether you are rural or urban. Typical delivery timeframes are between 2 and 5 days.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and other common payment methods supported by Shopify. Afterpay may be added soon.

If applicable, tracking numbers will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked.
